  • What is the fastest way to get my money?

    By clicking the link in the email or going to the site directed in the letter.  Any of the digital payment methods will get you your money anywhere from instantly to 4 business days.

  • Can I just get a check?

    That is of course an option.  Please note it can take up to 15 days to recieve a check, and the USPS loses up to 3% of all mailed items.  That said, if you still want a check, please choose that option in the platform, call the number on the communication, or email us at hello@tailfinpay.com

  • What do you do with my data?

  • What does implementation look like?

    It really depends on what you want.  We can get started in as little as two weeks with a no-code implementation, or we can fully integrate into your systems at a longer cycle.  Our background has taught us that financial offices don’t always get the most tech resources, so we designed our platform to be able to meet you where you are at, and work from there.

  • How do you handle escheatment reporting for all states?

    Our proprietary technology automatically sorts refunds into their appropriate state protocols and we process it from there.  We handle the data tracking, state reporting, and ultimately can remit data and funds to the states too.

  • What about consumers without email addresses?

    We understand that some consumers have preferences that pre-date the online revolution.  For those clients we are happy to send a letter and make claiming a check very user friendly for them.
